I have 10 years of experience working in data science and AI solutions. Currently, I work as the Data Scientist Lead of Customer Experience and Risk at OCBC AI Lab, where I lead cross-functional teams to help bank achieving more on its digital transformation journey by building 10+ impactful products saving millions of dollars every year! I'm fully committed to designing and delivering trusted products to internal business users, enabling them to better serve and safeguard our customers. Additionally, I love to advocate great ideas and products to the broad AI community. In two recent external engagements, I had the privilege of being featured on Channel 8 as Data Scientist Lead at OCBC, where I shared insights into the bank's impactful work in leveraging AI for Anti Money Laundering efforts; I was honoured to speak at the Asia Risk Congress, where I delved into various Data Science and Artificial Intelligence use cases within the banking sector. Previously, I worked at J.P. Morgan as a Quantitative Research Analyst improving transaction monitoring and risk scoring system by using advanced analytics and statistical models.
