Luna Campbell

I graduated from Parsons School of Design, where I first became interested in how creative work and business strategy intersect. After school, I spent two years in finance, which gave me a practical understanding of how companies actually operate behind the scenes — from numbers and forecasting to day-to-day decision making.In 2013, I co-founded Outdoor Voices with my partners. What started as a small idea quickly became something much bigger, and I’ve been part of the journey ever since.Building the brand hasn’t always been easy. We’ve gone through fast growth, tough internal adjustments, changes in direction, and the kind of operational and market challenges that most consumer brands face sooner or later. Some years were exciting, some were exhausting — but all of them were valuable.Over time, those experiences taught me to stay calm in uncertain situations, focus on what actually moves the business forward, and make decisions that balance creativity with reality.I’m especially interested in brand building, early-stage companies, and long-term business strategy, and I always enjoy connecting with people who are thoughtful about what they build and why they build it.
