- Led a team of new business development managers in the expansion of four vertical markets, including automobile embedded systems, autonomous mobile robot systems, commercial display products, and intelligent storage products. - Developed business strategies and identified potential markets for each product line, starting from scratch and achieving approximately $1 million in sales turnover for each new market before hiring new team members. - Built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners, to enhance market visibility and promote brand recognition. - Analyzed market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing and sales strategies, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth. - Mentored and trained new team members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and competencies in new business development and market expansion.
