Provide advice and support to Leadership Team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to design and deliver national workforce development programs to support achievement of mandated Nationalization targets required for visa accessibility. Develop and manage the learning programs to promote career development of the Saudi national workforce and non-Saudi through the coordination of training and development programs for all functions in the Saudi business. Develop and implement an annual training plan in line with the Business Plan. Perform comprehensive learning needs analysis for development. Design, facilitate and coordinate consistent delivery of national workforce development programs in KSA. Ensure that all Saudi nationals and non-Saudi have clear career development paths supported by learning and development programs. Identify and source relevant training and development programs and courses as per requirements focusing on developing in-country capability in the KSA. To establish regular reporting about the progress against key performance indicators (KPI’s) for National Workforce Development Ensure compliance with all relevant GES+ contractual requirements. Seek client feedback and implement improvements/corrective actions as appropriate. Manage the Training and Development budget to ensure its most effective use
