A typical day included Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Coordinating Hiring Manager interviews, and Make Offers, and Onboard newly hired consultants.

I supported the Server and Tools Business in processing and advancing candidates through the recruiting and hiring process. Responsibilities included completing HOD’s, opening and closing job postings, retrieve performance reviews, and assisted with Visa processes, while maintaining OFCCP compliance.

Head of internal and external marketing and promotions for a local newspaper. Negotiated and maintained contracts between TCH and local Sports Teams, Non-Profit Organizations, Major Accounts and, National Accounts. Assisted with TCH newspaper pagination.
