-Prepared event space for large-scale conferences and conventions of up to 200+ people -Collaborated with vendors to resolve real-time issues and delivered the best-in-class experiences for convention attendees

-Managed Great Lakes Cabana on 17th hole, providing corporate hospitality services to clients and event sponsors -Executed Prudential Financials’ sponsorship activations and drove fulfillment regarding day-of needs -Led a team of 4+ volunteers each day, responsible for delegating tasks and troubleshooting issues on-site -Oversaw credential and ticket distribution at premium hospitality venues

Worked as a busser at a local restaurant in my town. I learned important lessons in how the food industry works and the importance of serving the consumer.
