Third tier of seniority in production at this studio; self-managed, managing more junior production staff directly, focused on higher-level decision making and project management.

Responsible for production in both feature teams, pipeline teams, and processes, covering: game code, network code, graphics code, engine tools, dev tools, and core technology development. Second tier of seniority; mostly self-managed, ownership of teams and initiatives, direct team production support, implementation of new processes based on analytics of team and individual performances, and some big-picture decision making.

Responsible for the development team, from code to graphic design; including: conception, visual and technical design, development, testing, release, and related post-production. Full coverage of releases on PC via internal processes, and iPhone via the App Store, including management of Test Flight.

Beginning as a project management assistant, my role at Stainless also spread to working with the production team and supporting the assistant producers with contractual, submission, and delivery-based matters. My initial role as part of the project management team involved the day-to-day running of the "Magic: Duels" project, running stand-ups, analysis of sprints in preparation for reviews, and planning upcoming sprints. I was able to apply my technical knowledge throughout the experience to aid communication between various teams and applied this same knowledge when planning live team sprints separately from the main project.
