Luke Dalli

Facilitated operational and strategic support for the Hybrid Cloud Service (HCS) leadership team during a year-long internship at IBM. Responsibilities encompassed orchestrating pivotal meetings with senior stakeholders, steering the HCS people and communication strategy, executing successful 500+ people events, and conducting comprehensive analyses on pipeline, utilisation, and finances. These efforts significantly contributed to informed and improved strategic decision-making. This dynamic role provided opportunities to collaborate closely with senior IBM executives, fostering the acquisition of invaluable skills such as adept time management, the ability to excel under pressure, organisational proficiency, and adept multitasking and prioritisation. Additionally, taking up a Project Manager role on a public sector project helped gain hands-on experience in engaging external clients, allowing me to resolve complex issues, coordinate a team of architects, and effectively managing supplier and partner relationships. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set that I am excited to apply in future professional experiences.
