Luke Strochnetter

I’m Luke Strochnetter — a passionate entrepreneur, marketing coach, and community advocate with a heart for small business and regional Australia. I started my first business at 17 and haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve launched and grown three successful ventures, built a career in social media and event management, and helped over 400 business owners and young entrepreneurs find clarity, confidence, and direction. What began with sausage sizzles and local fundraisers has grown into a purpose-driven life of creating experiences and empowering others to do the same. I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Hervey Bay LNP and was honoured to be a delegate at the 2024 National Leadership Forum in Canberra. I'm also a proud member of the first Telstra Regional Advisory Council, representing regional and rural Australians — especially small business owners and community leaders — at a national level. I organise the Hervey Bay Carols by Candlelight, host the Young Biz Diaries podcast, and run a successful picnic and event business that helps people celebrate life’s best moments. Alongside this, I lead workshops, coach business owners, and speak at events to share practical tools in marketing, leadership, and launching bold ideas. I’m passionate about collaboration over competition and investing in the next generation of changemakers. Currently writing my first book — because the story’s still being written.
