Design system hardware for a variety of applications to accommodate client automation needs. Develop system software and associated programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate hardware specific to the client’s requested solution. Integrate client’s automated solutions at the site through troubleshooting and acceptance testing.

Lead multi-disciplinary projects cradle to grave (initiation through closeout) for a variety of customers through moderate Earned Value Management System (EVMS) aligned with the strategic goals of the Project Management Office. Simultaneously review and provide technical feedback on multi-disciplinary engineering deliverables using functional design criteria, construction specifications, ancillary calculations, and industry standards on over twenty (20) projects. Ensuring project goals and customer expectations are satisfied. Lead progress meetings, communicate to project updates, and relay needs to ensure customers’ projects receive the same level of attention. Perform Buyer’s Technical Representative (BTR) duties on multiple projects simultaneously to achieve complete transparency across subcontractor deliverables and project milestones. Review and disposition change orders, request for clarifications, bid questions, and proposals by validating submitted information with contract requirements resulting in disciplined schedule and controlled scope.

Managed, evaluated, and resolved problems encountered on a project-by-project basis between various Engineering Entities and Project Management while monitoring design package milestones to ensure requirements are thoroughly communicated between the Integrated Project Team, Design Authority, and End User. Prepared weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status reports on design elements of projects to keep clients and integrated company management informed of status regarding design progress. Conducted weekly engineering meetings with partnered engineering entities to take design performance, assign actions, and resolve outstanding design issues resulting in reduced project delays while consistently achieving design milestones.

Supported Project Management in the cradle to grave management of numerous infrastructure projects, including water and sewer systems, electrical distribution systems, fiber optic networking systems, and renovation projects at the National Historic Site - B Reactor. Developed project documents driving the planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases including the following: project execution plans, scopes of work, capital determinations, plant force work reviews, meeting minutes, cost estimates, job hazard checklists, safety checkbook and scored safety inspection evaluations, site evaluations, procurement specifications, construction statements of work, design statements of work, and schedules. Supported and participated in all aspects of construction, major plant modification efforts, project planning, and construction field over-site of work. Prepared monthly reports on multiple projects ensuring cost, schedule and a comprehensive status regarding the project’s phase were updated. Supported the implementation of EVMS through projects, maintaining company compliance while incorporating potential scope changes to uphold baselines and keep management updated on the progression of results. Drafted support documentation (using PowerPoint and AutoCAD) to effectively communicate with both internal Project Engineers and external Architectural Engineering firms under contract.
