I gained extensive front-of-house experience at both Sadelle's and Carbone, where I shadowed and learned across all key positions. My roles included bussing tables, serving as a waiter and host, running food, shadowing the bartender, and working alongside the sous chef. Additionally, I reviewed P&L sheets, observed management meetings focused on food variances, learned to use ResQ, and assisted in creating financial presentation slides.

Following a rigorous selection process, I played a key role in guiding a team towards establishing a media startup aimed at diminishing aimless social media browsing while enhancing the quality and purposefulness of content. We presented our venture in a competition to distinguished figures including the Mayor of Providence, a Fortune 500 CEO, and the Senior VP of the Boston Celtics.
