Worked as a Technical Sourcer for Facebook/ Meta in Software Engineering, headhunting specialist AI & Software Engineers for the Facebook Reality Labs Teams to build the Metaverse. Completed full Facebook/ Meta onboarding & training programme, delivered multiple hiring sprints targeting senior level talent in the AI & Computer Vision field. Engaged with hiring managers across the business to successfully source for the top talent in AI, delivered diversity sourcing sessions, market-mapping projects and completed extensive training across a broad range of general business skills.
