• Update the HR system with new starters and changes to personal details (for example: sickness, address, job title) and produce adhoc reports on request • Confident searching for suitable candidates on multiple platforms • Regular communication with candidates, agencies and hiring managers to receive and provide updates on application progress • Advise and support with multiple recruitment processes, including referencing. Most recently with CAA Known Consignor regulations • Ensure all probationary periods and training records for new employees and internal movers are completed by managers • Issue contracts of employment offer letters and close off recruitment process • Work with referencing companies to obtain references for new employees within allotted KPI timescales • Support Talent Acquisition Lead and Learning Business Partner with multiple ad-hoc projects and queries • Provide general administration and production of employee related correspondence • Keep filing up-to-date and ensure all HR files are kept in a consistent manner • Ensure the leavers process in completed, and all relevant parties are informed • Make the necessary arrangements for the induction • Efficiently assist the team to provide a consistent service to all employees • Assist with the implementation, maintenance and updates of services, policies and processes on internal systems • Receive and manage any and all telephone enquiries taking detailed notes, recorded accordingly and responding as appropriate

• Process invoices and credit notes via Quantum, ensuring correct authorisation and all irregularities and inaccuracies are reported correctly • Generating weekly and monthly reports for due diligence and review • Assist with the setting up of credit accounts with new freight vendors • Relationship building with shippers and customers.

Motivating and inspiring varied sizes teams of different abilities and backgrounds. Working towards corporate KPIs and setting stretch targets. Including labour management and stockloss. Montoring the training and upskilling of colleagues, looking for development opportunities. Using different systems to use as an engagement tool for the team, for both management and colleague levels.
