Organized and led week-long camp sessions for ~40 children a week. Created schedules for employees and communicated changes as necessary. Sent out weekly emails to guardians to establish constant flow of information from guardians to counselors.

Overseeing the operation of the entire facility and all of its resources. Directing and supporting employees to ensure the proper function of the building. Works with customers in order to guide them through the Glen Ellyn Park District's resources as well as assist with and resolve any problems.

Worked to maintain a clean and positive environment within the Glen Ellyn Park District's Ackerman Sports and Fitness Center by cleaning the area and forming connections with members through greetings and continued conversation. Organized and supervised Ackerman Sports and Fun Camp for as many as 70 children per session, ensuring a safe and exciting experience of various sports and team games.
