-) Functionally responsible for target setting, evaluation, alignment on operative quality strategy and development of Quality Managers in plants across USA, Mexico, Romania, Germany and China.

-) In combination of tasks with Head of Plant Quality, functionally responsible for Quality Managers located in 4 Plants in China.

-) Responsible for team of ~ 110 people in the Plant Quality department, -) Direct communication with the main customers in terms of problem solving and escalation (SVW, SGM, GMNA, Renault, etc) in China and North America. -) Management representative in the plant (official audits, certification, customer vists also on the shop floor). -) Follow continuous improvement in the plant from quality stand point -) Report quality status to China Management and HQ in Germany. -) Strong involvement in development phase of new projects -) Implementation and follow-up of complex organizational changes such as: retention and development program in quality org., promoting talented people and keeping high potentials.

-) Managing a team of 15 Quality Engineers and CMM laboratory in 3 production plants dedicated to new projects in China and in Malaysia. -) Coordination of new projects launch in all phases (concept release, project milestones) of development and also after SOP. -) Direct support during project launch, ramp-up and SOP secure. -) Lead teams during product and process improvement of headlamps and rearlamps. -) Develop training sessions for the Quality team and also another departments (PM, R&D, Industrialization) in terms of quality management in serial and project phase, -) Direct contact with the Headquarters in China, Japan and Europe and cooperation with Customers in terms of claims and open issues. -) Management of measurement laboratory and implementation of new measurement concept for headlamp and rearlamp (data-myte). -) Reporting to Top Management regarding project status from quality site.

-) Product and project management during development of plug in hybrid car Fisker Karma, -) Support of different departments in problem solving process during project development phase, -) Successful management of supplier development in China, Mexico and USA, -) Active participation in PPAP approval system development phase (web portal) for suppliers, -) Implementation of THINK SQA methodology, quality systems review and conduct suppliers audit, -) Managing of projects completion (monitoring of purchasing and design activities).

• Managing team of 14 Quality engineers (Customer Care department), • Successful coordination of all projects in SOP phase.

-) Supervision of progress in the new project implementation and development (preparing validation plans, leading problem solving team, direct contact with customers during development and serial production phase), -) Successful PPAP closing for several projects (Audi, VW), -) Preparing samples for customers (dimension, material, supervising of laboratory tests and validation processes), -) Preparing of documentation for audits (QPN) and for final acceptation of product by customers, -) Supervising of production line with the focus on quality (documentation and problem solving), -) Service of products in serial phase (service of claims in QTS system, problem solving, contact with customers warranty analysis).

• Leading teams to define action plans and manage complain reports inside the company structures (8D), • Solving quality problems (FMEA, PDCA, action-plan), • Processes monitoring, participation and conducting proces audits, participation in system audits, customer audits and 3rd party audit (certification audit), • Successfully close on time several PPAP and APQP documentation, e.g. for BMW.

-) Help in implementation of Quality system in Cast Iron Foundry (creating work instructions, material specifications and local procedures), -) Participation in many successfully closed quality audits such as system, process (internal and customer) and ISO TS. -) Successfully solving quality problems and implement corrective actions after customers audits. -) Management of system documentation by using NND Integrum (data integration and surveillance of the whole data base).
