Operations and supply-chain leader who scales fulfillment networks and improves their unit economics.For the last year and a half I led Operations for Quality Control & Experience at TikTok Shop US (Fulfilled by TikTok), owning end-to-end fulfillment quality and merchant/customer experience across a national, multi-site network spanning inbound hubs, fulfillment centers, middle-mile, and last-mile. I launched a network control tower ahead of peak season and led root-cause quality programs that meaningfully improved inventory accuracy and reduced damage and customer complaints through a period of rapid growth.Before that, nearly eight years at Amazon, progressing from front-line operations leadership to Senior Operations Manager, where I ran a large-scale Amazon Robotics sortation center, a 1,400+ person, 24/7 operation, with full P&L accountability. As a Regional Process Engineer, I served as a pick subject-matter expert across Amazon's non-sort fulfillment network and developed a process improvement adopted as a network standard.As Director of Operations at The Feed, I rebuilt the fulfillment operation end to end, cutting cost per order, expanding throughput through automation, and reducing shipping spend through carrier renegotiation. I've also led warehousing and delivery for a circular-logistics business (Fernish), where I roughly tripled asset re-utilization in about two months.I turn fulfillment from a cost center into a margin-and-cash lever, and I lead the automation and AI transformation that modern supply chains require.
