Head of ICT lab (AI and big data, cybersecurity, IoT, Audiovisual media technology, Fintech and blockchain, Intelligent transport systems) at Innovation Agency. Responsible for ICT: Facilitation – including national ICT ecosystem into decision-making, large-scale projects and policy implementation. Funding – creating funding mechanisms for added value towards national and EU economy. Coordination – participating in work groups, both on national and EU level as well as representing ICT ecosystem .

Facilitating the growth of the ICT ecosystem in Lithuania with a strong focus on R&D and DeepTech. ICT is one of Lithuania's smart specialisation (S3) priorities and includes: - AI and Big Data - IoT - Cybersecurity - FinTech and blockchain technologies - Audiovisual media technologies and social innovations - Smart transport systems
