Luiza Martins

I am a Psychology undergraduate currently in my tenth semester at Mackenzie Presbyterian University and currently working as an HR Intern at EXEC. In this role, I am gaining hands-on experience in organizational behavior, internal communication, and strategic people management within a dynamic corporate environment. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in clinical, community, and educational psychology. I have supported children in vulnerable contexts, conducted psychological assessments and diagnostics, and provided emotional support to patients and families in both general and intensive care hospital units. These experiences have shaped my interpersonal sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to human-centered care. I have also completed two certifications for Effective Communications and Human Relations and High Impact Presentations, which further refined my leadership skills, public speaking, and ability to collaborate in diverse and high-pressure environments. In addition, I have completed a course in child psychoanalysis and clinical psychology, which deepened my understanding of emotional development, therapeutic listening, and psychodynamic approaches to mental health care. I am deeply motivated by environments where empathy, ethics, and continuous learning are valued. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to both individuals and organizations by integrating psychological insight with practical, human-centered solutions.
