Results Achieved: o Delivery of a brownfield auto-adhesive factory in Brazil, responsible for the comprehensive management of the factory capacity expansion project, 3D factory flow design, ending with assembly, commissioning, and start-up of the operation, and support in structuring the ongoing operation, the company's largest project in 40 years and the most modern self-adhesive machine in South America; o Delivery of a Greenfield self-adhesive and RFID factory in the USA, responsible for the comprehensive management of the installation project, including the selection of the factory location, 3D factory flow design, ending with assembly, commissioning, and start-up of the operation, and support in structuring the continuous operation, the company's largest and most modern factory in the US; o Delivery of factories for RFID production in Brazil and Italy; project management in Italy, including factory site renovation, HVAC installations, transfer of a factory to the new location, and support in structuring the ongoing operation; Comprehensive project management in Brazil, construction of the factory site, design of the manufacturing flow, relocation of areas, demolitions, HVAC installations; o Reduction of bottlenecks in the areas of self-adhesive paper and RFID production, increasing OEE.

Report to the Industrial Director | Team of 6 engineers • Participation in projects aligned with the UN SDGs. • Responsible for the strategic management of the multidisciplinary engineering team. • Involvement in the planning, development, and execution of industrial projects. • Critical analysis, redesign, and optimization of industrial processes. • Technical support in the introduction of new technologies and industrial automation. • Technical integration with the production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain sectors. • Assistance in quality, safety, or ISO audits. Results Achieved: o Reduction in industrial project lead times. o Implementation of a new layout that optimized logistics flow and reduced losses; o Contribution to industrial digitization, with automation and digital reporting. o Structuring of the global Project and Process Engineering area.
