4G LTE, 3G UMTS & 2G GSM Radio Network Planning, Optimization and Monitoring -Lead engineer of 4G LTE FDD (AWS) deployment in Caracas, Venezuela (200 sites) -New cells/carriers planning and deployment -Network KPI monitoring -Physical and logical parameter optimization -Drive test teams coordinator <>Extensive knowledge of the HUAWEI RAN 15 4G-3G-2G solution: -NodeB parameter configuration and optimization (PCPICH, HSDPA, HSUPA, Channel Elements, CAC, HO Triggers, Neighbor Cells, LDR, PSC, LAC, RAC and many more) -Full use of M2000 Client Interface which includes: KPI Query, MML Commands, License Management, Alarm configuration and monitoring, UE Traces -Load balancing and neighbor strategy experience in a four (4) carrier environment with multiple frequency bands (850 MHz and 1900 MHz) -Complete knowledge of the Distributed Base Station solution 3800 and 3900 (WMPT, UMPT, WBBPb/d/f, UTRP, RRU40W/60W/120W) -Baseband Equipment, Sector Equipment and Local Cell configuration <>Extensive knowledge of the NOKIA 2G solution: -BTS parameter configuration and optimization (BCCH, GPRS, Frequency Hopping Parameters, Tx Power, Min Access Levels, and many more) -Full use of NetAct Web Client Interface which includes: CM Editor, CM Operations Manager, Reporting Suite, Alarm Monitoring -Load balancing and neighbor strategy experience in a dual frequency band scenario (850 MHz and 1900 MHz) -Complete knowledge of the Flexi and Ultra BTS Solution -Experience in BSC Planning for 2G Rehoming (NSEI, GPRS Licences, TRX Capacity, E1 Capacity)
