As scientific and cross-functional Team Leader, I have gained experience in the development of biologics and cell therapies from discovery to early development in the field of immune-oncology. I have led scientific teams from discovery, through preclinical to early development. My flexibility, my desire to challenge myself and my very strong interpersonal and communication skills have enabled me to hold a variety of functions and responsibilities and manage change within growing organisations. I have the pleasure to be actively involved in SPARK BIH (Germany) and in SPARK Norway as jury member, assessing projects across various disease areas, as well as mentor for cell and gene therapy projects.
