Definition of system architecture for the mobile network operator Tigo Colombia, supporting strategic decisions to maximize revenue, analyze customer requirements to propose a technical solution that involves all stakeholders. Development of a framework to integrate regional web services, exposing the functionality of Oracle BRM (Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management).

Define required activities to develop a robust architecture for the Colpensiones project. Provide methodological guidelines to develop an architectural model, based on functional and non-functional requirements. Build a test model for the architecture definition. Define architectural checklists and develop the architecture documents and deliverables. Evaluate system’s architecture, in terms of performance, scalability, modifiability, security, testability, and usability, and create design models for development tasks.

Leading the Colpensiones development project, building process to improve the database data information, according to the requirements defined by functional area, complying with the rules of the organization and the CMMI 5.

Leading the ITMARK Certification company project. The project objective was to improve the quality of deliverables and increase the company profitability. Certified by ESI European Software Institute Center Sinertic Andino. Leading the development process of the GnosisBSC web project; this tool is used in management and support of methodological principles of BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Implementation of Colsin GnosisBSC in the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro FNA Colombia (Public Colombian organization with financial and credit functions); participate as leading consultant in the GnosisBSC implementation, integrating business tools and the GnosisBSC system to improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals.

Working on building the payroll ColsinRH, the balanced scorecard Colsin GnosisBSC, and the automatic vehicle tracking ColsinAVL products, using Java and PowerBuilder.
