I worked as a bilingual call center agent through BR Call, providing outsourced services for Lendbuzz, a vehicle financing company focused on customers with limited or non-traditional credit history, including immigrants and individuals with low to moderate income. My role includes both outbound and inbound calls, mainly related to payment follow-ups and account support.
