Come Customer Service Technician per piattaforme aeree, mi occupo di fornire assistenza tecnica qualificata e soluzioni tempestive per garantire il corretto funzionamento delle piattaforme aeree utilizzate dai clienti. Le mie principali responsabilità includono: Supporto tecnico: Risolvo problemi e guasti, sia a livello telefonico che tramite interventi sul posto, diagnosticando e riparando malfunzionamenti delle piattaforme aeree. Manutenzione: Eseguo interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria per garantire che tutte le attrezzature siano sicure, funzionanti e conformi agli standard aziendali e alle normative di sicurezza. Formazione dei clienti: Offro formazione pratica ai clienti sull’utilizzo corretto delle piattaforme aeree, assicurandomi che comprendano le normative di sicurezza e l'operatività delle attrezzature. Gestione degli interventi: Organizzo e pianifico gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva, ottimizzando i tempi di fermo macchina e garantendo un servizio continuo e affidabile. Assistenza clienti: Mantengo un costante contatto con i clienti, rispondendo alle loro richieste e garantendo che ogni problema venga risolto in modo efficace e tempestivo. Documentazione tecnica: Redigo e aggiorno i rapporti di intervento e la documentazione tecnica, monitorando lo stato di ogni macchina e mantenendo un registro accurato delle operazioni eseguite. Il mio obiettivo principale è garantire la piena soddisfazione del cliente attraverso una gestione proattiva e una risoluzione rapida dei problemi tecnici, assicurandomi che le piattaforme siano sempre sicure, affidabili e pronte all'uso.

On a daily basis, receives change fund and operates a cash register scanning system which records unit prices in proper amounts and accounts (i.e., grocery, meat, produce, and other selective items). Individually inputs item codes andlor prices when items do not properly scan. Totals purchases and collects, validates, and processes payment including cash, checks, debit and credit card transactions, electronic benefits transfer transactions, and coupons. Makes correct change and/or provides cash back to the customer depending on the nature of the payment transaction. Responds courteously to patron questions concerning order processing and item costs. At the end of the shift, turns in cash and negotiable instruments in accordance with store policy. May be required to count cash and negotiable instruments and to prepare an accountability report. Change register tape, clear routine equipment and scanning jams on registers, including Self Check Out (SCO).

The aircraft electrician is primarily responsible for supervising, inspecting and performing maintenance on aircraft electrical systems. Learn how to diagnose malfunctions in electrical and electronic components and how to maintain electrical/electronic elements of assemblies, and nickel-cadmium batteries. Use and maintain common/special tools. Maintain facilities for storage of flammable and hazardous materials and prepare requests for turn-ins and repair parts.
