Led the exportation of perishable products for VIP Mebol SAC and Mebol GF to countries such as China, the United States of America, and Chile. Highlights: Cost optimization for each export process. Enhancement of processes for planning and managing schedules, transportation, and operational parts. Reduction of freight costs Knowledge of export and import documents, phytosanitary matters, and booking of maritime contracts.

Support to Customer Service: Highlights: To generate purchase orders for many internal operations on the SAP and Internal ERP. To generate documents for Suppliers in all operations.

Managed the development and execution of the inventory turnover project for the sales and logistics team, achieving differentiated and satisfactory results of up to over 100,000.00 reais. Highlights: Diversification of offerings and importation of products from China for large-scale construction gloves. Managed company inventory alongside the team, establishing new quality metrics to ensure purchasing success.

Managed the HR team of the factory with up to 120 employees (operational and administrative). Highlights: Active participation in the implementation of Continuous Improvement Processes. Established the procedure for importing and exporting samples between countries (Peru – Brazil). Analysis of data from the last 5 years to make decisions regarding high employee turnover.
