To ensure the availability of after market parts for commercial vehicles products. Involved with local and overseas vendor for purchasing activities – supplier determination, request for quotation, negotiation, pricing. Supervises the purchase of materials and supplies from vendors and coordinates the preparation of material and supply purchase orders based on approved requisitions.

To ensure every customer requirement for after sales parts is fulfilled properly. Involved with order processing, delivery processes and customer complain. Coordinates unit activities with other functions (e.g., purchasing, production, engineering and shipping). Manages all activities associated with the resolution of escalated customer complaints regarding the organization's products or services which have reached the highest level.

To find any possibilities developing local component. Developing local component for production, work closely with local vendor related with component manufacturing process, involved with production engineering activities, improve the quality, service and efficiency of products and processes, initiating necessary improvements actions.

CBU Vehicle Scheduler To ensure the availability of CBU vehicles based on sales requirement in the right specification, quantity and quality at the right time. Involved with order management. May work with suppliers, shipping lines and customers to establish best supply chain solutions. Handling claim for any damage during transport from supplier. Production Material Scheduler To ensure the availability for a certain production material at the right time, right quantity and quality, efficiently and properly. Plans demand planning function, manages the development of forecast and inventory planning in anticipation of production needs. May work with suppliers and customers to establish best supply chain solutions. Review orders, manufacturing schedules and inventory control records to determine quantities of and delivery schedules for materials and purchased parts and assemblies required to sustain scheduled production.

Overall responsible for assess customs duties and import/export tax to be paid on imported/exported goods and to assure compliance with related Indonesia Customs laws and regulations. Involved with manages the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation, governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products, negotiates with foreign clients to develop freight-handling agreements, to resolve problems, and settlements. Contacts customs officials to obtain release of incoming freight and resolve delays. Supervises import/export clerks who compute duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight/volume and related activities of merchandise that is imported/exported, ensures the accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements and foreign currency conversions. Trains new import/export clerks.
