* Managing RBI Australia’s Audience Development Team, we were responsible for the circulation of RBI Australia’s print portfolio, including over 20 publications spanning the healthcare industry, financial services, legal, media, travel, mining, manufacturing, architecture & design, hospitality and franchising. As part of this role I oversaw subscriptions marketing strategies, budgets, staff and activities for all print titles. I also managed the marketing activity for New Scientist Australia/NZ, including subscriptions, brand and trade marketing * retail sales * public relations * budgets * sponsorship commitments and partnerships.

* This role focused on subscriptions marketing for: * B&T magazine and directory * Encore magazine and directory * Franchising magazine and yearbook * Australian Advertising Rates and Data Service (AARDS)

* Responsible for audience growth globally, including * development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase subscriber acquisition and retention * improve customer service * and manage stakeholders and marketing staff across continents to deliver campaigns, projects and support new product development.

Working as part of the international New Scientist team, I managed the marketing efforts and staff for the Australasian region. This involved collaborating with the worldwide publishing team on strategies and key projects as well as focusing on local activities to drive brand engagement.
