Performed customer interviews, develop a business case, and go-to-market strategy for microbiome diagnostic solution capable of detecting genetic predisposition for opioid addiction.

Participated in conducting market research and competitive market analysis. Developed and presented a business case and business model to a management board. Set complete strategy plan for business incubator and accelerator operations.

Led international team to develop business strategies for an Israeli Company (Medical Device) to ensure successful US market entry. (In Conjunction with UCSD)
