I have 20 years of experience working in Education, human resource and leadership. I am an excellent public speaker, trainer and researcher. I have an innate capacity to think on my feet and I love solving problems. I am an experienced team leader.My experience includes working in both local and international schools teaching and heading departments of English, Literature and Drama. I have headed a school with 500 children and 30 teachers. At 25 I was a personnel assistant in a company with 300 employees. I am a versatile team member and able to work in multicultural environments with ease. My Masters degree has equipped me with strong research and enhanced my writing skills.

I set up and headed the Drama Department in Garden Estate School and ran it for seven years. I taught Drama and Theater Arts in both Edexcel and Cambridge to O and A level students as well as IB students. I directed and put up the school annual production each year . I coordinated and taught IB Theory of Knowledge. I was also CAS coordinator.
