• Coordinated cross-border engagement between Chinese central and provincial authorities (e.g. NDRC, provincial governments) and Saudi government entities (energy, health, and investment-related bodies), supporting bilateral economic initiatives. • Acted as a key liaison between multinational corporations and government stakeholders (including Saudi Aramco), facilitating dialogue on market entry, partnership exploration, and policy alignment. • Planned and delivered executive-level forums and workshops, including online seminars, with end-to-end ownership of agenda design, stakeholder coordination, and execution. • Supported Saudi companies in exploring entry into the Chinese market, coordinating with Chinese institutions and potential partners, and advising on institutional and regulatory considerations. • Assessed feasibility, execution risks, and strategic relevance of proposed China–Saudi cooperation initiatives, distinguishing viable projects from symbolic or low-probability engagements. • Supported senior leadership in stakeholder mapping, agenda-setting, and risk assessment for high-level meetings and delegations. • Built, managed, and operated the Council’s official website and bilingual external communications, overseeing content structure, English–Chinese editorial quality, and institutional messaging.
