I'm a Women's Health Nutritionist passionate about helping women feel their best through every life stage, from cycle support, to navigating menopause. My work combines evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle strategies to empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing. Alongside working with individuals, I partner with businesses to create workplace programmes that support female employees, boost wellbeing, and improve performance. I believe that when women are supported at work, everyone benefits. I'm also the founder of Nutrition Graduates, where I mentor and train the next generation of nutrition professionals. I love helping nutritionists grow in confidence, overcome imposter syndrome, and build thriving, impactful businesses.
