● Working with internal staff via taking calls regarding technical difficulties/ issues and solving the issue using various methods provided from a knowledge base ● Logging calls and creating receipts accessible for both the customer and first and second line analysts , ensuring customers are able to re access existing issue within a time period without needing to repeat process from beginning ● Working on solving issues on a variety of familiar software’s such as teams, Microsoft office applications , mail , excel etc . ● Communicating clearly and effectively with second line analyst who got involved when an issue is unable to be resolved by first line annalist due to limited material accessible. ● Worked remote during this job through covid lockdown

● checking off medicine and ensuring batch numbers and release dates are all in order before signing off the quality receipt. ● Processing products through the dispatch area, ensuring all controls are met. Labelling and sorting into geographical location for despatch to the UK and Ireland ● Presentation of boxes to the courier company
