Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, project managing the end to end warehouse move for the US and the UK sites fulfilling global B2B and D2C orders. Identifying potential 3PL partners, visiting sites and evaluating which partner aligns with business objectives. Negotiating pricing and contracts, facilitating full implementation including IT integration, process and reporting set up, inventory transfer and post go live hypercare and ongoing improvements. Ensuring a seamless transition for all business areas and training new processes where necessary. Successfully completed go live for both sites with no website trading downtime and minimal commercial impact.

Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director, business owner for inventory across all warehouses in the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and consignment locations globally, ensuring best in class stock control across the global DC network. Management of the Imports team overseeing all inbound shipments to 3PL locations. Monitor and maintain capacity planning across UK and US warehouses.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Inventory, key contact and escalation point for the business regarding any post production issues and technical system issues preventing BAU processes from running. Responsible for stock reconciliations across systems, troubleshooting and working on ongoing developments to the system to increase productivity and accuracy of data business wide.

Responsible for logging, tracking and invoicing all UK and Export direct deliveries, liaising between the Sales and Production departments and the printers and warehouses. Built and ran weekly and monthly reports, monitoring titles for reprint, preparing warehouse delivery reports for incoming titles. Handling all Value Add Work requests, ensuring work is done on time and of a good standard.

Reporting directly to the Stock Control Manager, overseeing all stock movements over 11 stores in 5 locations. Assisting in preparing weekly and monthly reports across various areas, coming up with new stock procedures and how best to implement and monitor them. Working directly with the Store Managers and Head of Retail as well as the Buying and Merchandising departments to maximise the range on offer in stores and ensuring stock gets moved in the most efficient way, monitoring stock levels to ensure no locations become overcrowded. Interviewing and hiring new Stock Control staff, training them on the systems used and stock control techniques. Preparing training materials to ensure staff grasp new systems quickly and correctly. Training all store management on stock control systems to maximise efficiency of stores

My main responsibilities in Marylebone include processing all daily stock movements in and out of the store, liaising with other stock controllers and the warehouse and investigating discrepancies and negatives, keeping up to date with all data, paperwork and transfer slips, ensuring all stock control systems are up to date, monitoring if stock procedures are being properly practised by other staff, liaising with the store manager at all times and work together to ensure smooth running of the store, keeping the stock room tidy at all times and constantly working to reduce number of damaged and missing items, ensuring store is supplied with all necessary items (bags, security tags, client drinks etc.), preparing and working on the seasonal stock take and investigating all variances to reduce overall stock loss/gain

Managing the team around the till area, keeping track of all items coming in and out of the store for returns and alterations. Assisting with stock controlling at Marylebone branch. Managing deliveries arriving to the store, accepting and creating transfers on the system, placing items on hold for clients, logging weekly deliveries, completing stock checks, liaising with other stock controllers over discrepancies, keeping the stockroom tidy and ensuring stock levels are monitored in relation to space available.

Tasks included ensuring all clients receive an exemplary service, keeping up to date with current trends and looks, knowing how to deal with a range of clients and situations. Gained a solid understanding of how to deliver high quality service and tailoring styling advice to different clients.
