I have performed the dual role of Senior Solution Architect and Data Engineer roles for the GM Data Analytics team. * Spike and flat anomaly detection: Used time series analysis ARIMA and SARIMA algorithm to predict a point value, Bollinger Bands to predict allowed range value, which reduced 75% false-positive cases compared to the existing approach. In analogy to this method, the Empirical probability of detecting a flat anomaly decreased by 67% in false-positive cases. * RESTFul Service API: Designed and developed various endpoints for easy sharing of data available in EDL and EDW to data analytical and exploratory users. The emerging systems consume the required data with no waiting time. * Azure EDW migration: Actively participated in the proposal and evaluated migrating on-premise DW migration to cloud DW (Snowflake).
