Drive the strategy of the company, while establishing vision, mission and values

As a consultant, I worked at the customer's premises (Monte dei Paschi di Siena – bank sector). As a Solution Developer, I developed the internal portal of the customer using Microsoft .NET Framework technologies and MOSS 2007. I was the person in charge of integrating Semantic Search Engines, like Expert System’s Cogito and FAST, into the SharePoint platform of the customer. While doing this, I had to interact with the suppliers and to manage resources.

Research and Innovation manager who is capable of overseeing the entire value chain for an R&I project, especially at European level, from the strategic planning phase, through the operational design process, to the implementation and the management of the project.

Together with the normal courses, I have attended the Excellency Course organized by my faculty (it required top results, 6 additional courses and a complex thesis). Together with the normal courses, I have attended NGrowth professional Course and CISCO Academy (additional lessons about networking and software development and security). My thesis “Distributed Channel Assignment algorithm for Wireless Mesh Networks“ has been rewarded with the national prize "Giorgio Santini” for its industrial applicability
