TECHNICAL EXPERTISE • Conducted physicochemical water analyses: conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, TDS, DOC, TDN, TOC, TP. • Performed microbial cultures and molecular biology: DNA extraction, qPCR, primer design, recombinant protein production. • Characterized microbial communities via flow cytometry, qPCR, and chlorophyll-a measurement. • Analyzed microbial diversity using metagenomics and bioinformatics (alpha/beta diversity). • Measured extracellular enzymatic activities for functional assessment. • Developed statistical plans and performed analyses with RStudio (parametric and non-parametric tests). • Quantified and characterized environmental plastic pollution impacts.
