Chargée de projet R&D et Process - Industrialisation et optimisation de procédés industriels
Орийак

PhD in Microbiology
Laboratoire Microorganismes : Génome et Environnement - UMR CNRS 6023
Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
PhD in Environmental Microbiology, conducted under a joint supervision (cotutelle) between France and Spain. Host institutions: UMR CNRS 6023 (LMGE Laboratory – CMES and BioADAPT teams, France) and the Institute of Aquatic Ecology, University of Girona (Spain). Research project: Microbial responses to and interactions with different plastic polymer types. Missions: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP • Led research projects from design to analysis, interpretation, and presentation, ensuring clear communication of results. • Supervised Master’s students, technicians, and assistant engineers. • Instruction in higher education (IUT and university) in microbiology and animal biology. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE • Conducted physicochemical water analyses: conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, TDS, DOC, TDN, TOC, TP. • Performed microbial cultures and molecular biology: DNA extraction, qPCR, primer design, recombinant protein production. • Characterized microbial communities via flow cytometry, qPCR, and chlorophyll-a measurement. • Analyzed microbial diversity using metagenomics and bioinformatics (alpha/beta diversity). • Measured extracellular enzymatic activities for functional assessment. • Developed statistical plans and performed analyses with RStudio (parametric and non-parametric tests). • Quantified and characterized environmental plastic pollution impacts. SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION & DISSEMINATION • Authored PhD thesis and peer-reviewed articles. • Presented research at international conferences and seminars. • Conducted public outreach during science events like Clermont Innovation Week.

Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Laboratoire ICARE
Conducted microbiological quality control testing on medical devices and pharmaceutical products (sterility tests, microbial counts). • Performed analyses in clean rooms in compliance with GMP and SOPs. • Ensured full traceability and compliance through accurate documentation practices. • Wrote client reports with clear presentation of test results and deviations. • Collaborated with the Quality team in close interaction with the other teams.

Master's Degree Internship (Second Year)
Laboratoire Microorganismes : Génome et Environnement (LMGE) UMR CNRS 6023
Clermont-Ferrand, France
Topic: "Implication of lectins produced by a beneficial probiotic bacterium of the genus Lactobacillus in the anti-biofilm activity against the pathogenic Klebsiella pneumoniae." (CMES team). Missions: • Bibliography on pathogens and biofilm formation, on lectins, and on so-called "probiotic" bacteria. • Bioinformatics research on genes that could potentially code for lectin-type proteins. • Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Proteomics: DNA and RNA extraction; gene screening; cloning; production of recombinant proteins in heterologous prokaryotic systems; mutation. Isolation and characterization of proteins. • Creation of mutants and clones in heterologous systems and measurement of the impact of recombinant proteins on biofilms. • Classical Microbiology: Microbial culture; identification and characterization. • Statistics: Analysis of data calculated with biostatistical software.

Master Internship (First Year)
Laboratoire Microorganismes : Génome et Environnement (LMGE) et Laboratoire de Physique de Clermont
Clermont-Ferrand, France
Topic: "Study of the experimental evolution of ribose catabolism in two E. coli strains." LMGE UMR CNRS 6023 laboratory (BioADAPT team) and LPC UMR CNRS 6533 laboratory (RIG team). Missions: • Bibliography on the impact of natural ionizing radiation on cells and studying the evolution of E. coli sugar catabolism over several generations. • Experimentally studying the evolution of fitness and ribose catabolism in two E. coli strains across multiple generations. • Classical Microbiology: Microbial culture; identification and characterization; establishment and maintenance of sterile environments.

Internship in Clinical Trials
CHU Gabriel Montpied hospital
Clermont-Ferrand
Mission: Assist a Clinical Research Associate.
