* Offer technical Consultancy on CTI and Self-service related opportunities. * Work as Account Manager for major accounts of the Services Department. * Deployed the off-shore development model on the Brazilian Professional Services * department. Reinforced relationship to third party companies and leaded them on * developing high quality software. * Deployed the very first Avaya IC Multimedia solution on the CALA region.

* Researched into the Interactive development Environments (IDE) * Designed and developed the VIRTUOSO++ IDE. This IDE was written in C++ and it * used to generate Java and ANSI C code. The main purpose was creating a single * environment where developers could create Real-time Distributed Systems. The * visual programming environments allowed drag and drop of procedures calls and * GUI modules. Each component could be packed into client and server modules to be * deployed in different machines. Servers were usually linked into the VIRTUOSO * environment (real-time kernel) and the Java side was usually linked to the GUI side. * A protocol was defined in order to handle all the client-server communication and * simplify the client-server programming. The entire network-related code was hidden * from the developer and handled by the internal libraries.

* Developed and Deployed the very first Java Training iin Brazil * Mainly responsible by evaluating new technologies (Java, Virtual reality Modeling * Language, Hyper-text Markup Language, Internet Multicast Backbone) and how they * could be used to build new User Interface models.

This is another startup project of mine. I have started Babs2Go on late 2008 when the iPhone appeared in Brazil. Ever since I have built several iOS Apps that have become great hits in several countries. This has been a very fulfilling experience as It gives me the the opportunity to design, develop, hire/manage contractors and evaluate the entire lifecycle of several in-house products.
