My main responsabilities as Ecommerce Specialist are: - Manage and maintain our ecommerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly at all times. - Help develop and implement new features for our website to improve customer experience. - Conduct research on competitors and industry trends in order to stay up-to-date on best practices in the industry. - Develop the strategic direction of the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales. - Create marketing content for digital marketing channels. - Run A/B tests on different versions of marketing campaigns to help determine which versions work best for our customers. - Keep current with changes in technology and make recommendations for upgrades when necessary. - Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have about their purchase, including shipping, payment process, or product quality. - Monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
