About
🔬 Mentor | Scientist | Singer | Innovation Leader | Emerging Advisor in Nuclear Education & Research I am a strategic and inspiring mentor dedicated to developing talent in science, technology, and innovation. With over 20 years of experience in the chemical and nuclear fields, I support young scientists, researchers, and professionals in shaping their career paths, expanding opportunities, and strengthening their presence in the industry and academia. I currently work as a Researcher at the Nuclear Engineering Institute (IEN/CNEN), where I also serve as Deputy Coordinator and Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Nuclear Science and Technology. I am a Collaborating Professor at the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) and Technical-Scientific Consultant at RadĂon, a startup focused on innovative solutions in radiochemistry. In 2025, I was officially appointed Alternate Member of the CNEN Council for Education and Research (CEP/CNEN), contributing to national guidelines in education, research, and capacity-building in the nuclear field, including integration across graduate programs, R&D prospecting, and institutional initiatives aimed at scientific training. 🎓 Leadership, Diversity & Innovation I am recognized as a leader by the LideraGOV 4.0 Program, where I work to strengthen talent, promote diversity, and foster inclusive scientific environments. As an entrepreneur, I co-founded Magtech Brasil, an experience that helped shape the creation of RadĂon and reinforced my role as a bridge between research, innovation, and real-world impact. 🌟 Mentorship that Transforms In 2025, I had the honor of serving as a mentor in the Helen Khoury Mentorship Program (WiN Brasil)—a transformative experience dedicated to empowering women in the nuclear sector. I was also a mentor in the 2024 Brazilian Nuclear Olympics, guiding teams in developing innovative projects in public health and technologies using radiation safely. 🎤 Science, Communication & Presence My experience as a singer enhances my work as a leader and mentor: clear communication, authentic expression, public speaking, and human connection.
