In order to scale up, a partnership with a larger player was designed, which culminated in the acquisition of Self Guru by Grou. Operations in 10 countries, + 7,500 employees • Co-led LATAM Dell + EMC integration. • Led LATAM divestiture of the Services and Software businesses. • Consolidated employment brand: GPTW #6 in LATAM, # 1 in Brazil (IT & RS), #1 in Panama, # 4 in Mexico. • Led the creation of a Regional HR dashboard, aiming to increase data analytics capability and integrate HR performance within LATAM. • Articulated solutions for a wide range of regional business challenges. • Managed crisis and contingency plans during factory stoppages and local incidents.
