Responsible for Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Training and Development.

∙ Manage HR activities for unit business with deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business processes. ∙ Provide advice and guidance to managers on people issues such as staffing, performance management, compensation, organization development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. ∙ Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business units. ∙ Identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. ∙ Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves. ∙ Design strategic HR programs and solutions for business unit needs, with an emphasis on key talents and organizational development, underlying talents problem identification and recommended solutions, employee relations, and talent/skills enhancement. ∙ Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions. ∙ Administer merit, bonus, and other compensation/payroll/commission programs. ∙ Provide operational support and guidance on a full range of HR programs.

▫ Responsible for the following areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, internal communication and benefits. Also responsible for Human Resources Programs: Breakfast with the Plant Manager, Human Resources Open Space, Ask to HR, Suggestion Program, Performance Evaluation, Educational Incentive Program, Partnership and Agreement. ▫ Management, revision and restructuring of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures.
