1. GameFi(Blockchain) marketing strategy and tactical execution - Led a team in promoting "Niimfer World" (https://niimferworld.com/) via media and social media tools for both Mobile and GameFi game divisions. >> Mobile game division: Evaluate the positioning of the game in the market (including core message, target audience and segmentation, etc.) and establish marketing partners (i.e. gamer.com.tw, 4Gamers, Soft-World, etc.). >> GameFi divisions: Establish whitepaper, promote and plan NFT sales activities by KOLs internationally. (Niimfer World NFT sales were conducted in December 2021, attracted more than 200 cryptocurrency wallets to purchase NFT and the game has released more than 5,000 Niimfer NFT characters.) 2. Blockchain Social Community - Look after the communities and builds the ecosystems (Telegram, Discord), plan occasional social gathering activities with game schedules, and establish "Niimfer Café" (4 episodes), a community program for blockchain pioneers and professional gamers to interact, recruit Chinese and English community moderators (MOD). XR EXPRESS Taiwan is a mega project advised by the National Development Council as one of its Industrial Innovation plans. The goal is to optimize XR ecosystem within the country and to strengthen the linkage globally. We assist XR startups to get funded, to exchange ideas cross-industrially, to shine on the international stage. My position was to Lead and execute a mega government program advised by National Development Council focused on Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality: XR EXPRESS Taiwan. 1. Assisting over 150 XR startups/companies to reach higher business maturity levels, by cooperating with financial, legal, and business model professional consultants. 2. Connect XR startups/companies with over 100 local and global potential buyers, investors, and business partners, and lead to potential business opportunities resulting in a near-total of USD$46 million dollars. 3. Successfully published two White Paper on the Taiwan XR Industry. 4. Construct the search engine with 50 elite XR companies ‘information. ( XR Industrial Directory & XR Startup Log 2021 &2020) 5.
