- Designed and developed a management program using MS Project with extended macros to monitor company activities such as orders, production, service planning. -Presented the demo management program to various managers and used critical feedback to improve upon the software - Collaborated with the managers of each department to ensure proper project timelines were met

- Supervised second year undergraduate students on their laboratory component of materials technology - Instructed 24 students on both course concepts and safe equipment use. - Corrected and provided feedback on student reports in a timely manner.

- Independently redesigned a 400m² assembly line in order to manufacture new product which was approved by company executives and given an investment of €107,000. - Wrote the appropriate production operating procedures for this particular assembly line. - Wrote technical specification sheets for machine manufacturers for the proposal of new manufacturing machines. - Designed more ergonomic working environments for production team while respecting the quality standards (certifications, notably: Lean Manufacturing, 5S method, etc). - Utilized AutoCAD LT 2017 and Excel software extensively for all projects, resulting in improved proficiencies in both software. - Designed and set up a board control room displaying real-time production data. - Participated actively in the company's cost reduction policy, designing efficient product packaging saving close to €15,000/year. - Proposed potential solutions for efficient assembly by conducting a study on tracing manufactured parts for a single product within the company.

- Optimized the machine efficacy for cutting eyeglass lenses by modulating various features. - Carried out various tests to prove potential, more efficient settings for lens production. - Documented experimental design of the tests and results obtained for each modification. - Presented weekly progress reports of experiments performed to company executives.
