Built Go4AI as a decentralized AI talent platform where the applied AI capabilities of individuals and organizations are standardized, recorded through real-world portfolios, measured by KPIs, and made auditable/verifiable through a transparent data system. Designed a three-layer AI Operating Model for enterprises: Foundation & Governance, Workflow & Role-based Application, and Scale & Performance. Developed AI Passport as an applied AI capability profile, capturing use cases, prompts, AI-generated outputs, human-edited outputs, KPIs, evidence, and verification records. Built the strategic direction for blockchain-enabled AI capability records to create a trust layer for portfolios, allowing capabilities to be audited, compared, and verified over time. Standardized the AI capability data structure by individual, role, competency group, use case, and level of real-world application. Designed an AI output assessment system including rubrics, peer review, audit mechanisms, human-in-the-loop review, and sprint-based feedback loops. Developed enterprise workflows covering: needs intake → use-case filtering → portfolio/output design → KPI measurement → evidence verification → capability scaling. Connected AI training programs with recruitment needs, internal assessment, and department-level AI capability mapping. Worked with universities, enterprises, and partners to deliver workshops, applied AI programs, and output-based portfolio systems. Selected results / implementation scope: Built an enablement system for approximately 700 learners, including 200 paid learners. Collaborated with 10+ universities to organize workshops and applied AI programs. Supported 5 companies in using output portfolios for recruitment or AI talent service requests. Developed AI Passport based on the logic: Output + Evidence + KPI + Verification.

Participated in consulting and implementing Simplamo as a work management platform connecting senior leadership and middle management, with a focus on optimizing meeting systems, goal execution, scorecards, action tracking, and operating systems based on EOS principles. The core focus was to help companies move from manual management, fragmented meetings, and weak follow-up into an operating system with clear cadence, data, accountability, and measurable execution outcomes. Operated and improved the OKR/KPI system, scorecards, meeting cadence, action tracking, and review cycles for management teams. Designed effective meeting models between senior executives and middle managers, including agendas, issue lists, priorities, owners, deadlines, and follow-up mechanisms. Applied EOS principles to operations management: goal alignment, accountability, meeting rhythm, issue solving, and execution discipline. Standardized workflow logic: goal → metric → issue → bottleneck → action → PIC → deadline → review. Designed templates, checklists, playbooks, and output specifications for consulting, implementation, and customer operations. Supported companies in building management dashboards, reporting systems, and weekly/monthly/quarterly performance tracking mechanisms. Applied AI to sales-consulting and planning workflows to support meeting summarization, issue analysis, bottleneck identification, and action plan generation. Converted finance, strategy, and operations experience into reusable workflows across different enterprise contexts. Selected results / implementation scope: Standardized meeting systems, scorecards, action tracking, and review cadence for EOS-based operations. Designed and implemented Agentic AI for sales-consulting, helping reduce approximately 70% of consulting time in one enterprise use case. Integrated AI into specific steps of the consulting, planning, and execution-tracking workflows.

Led and restructured Bizciti during a rapid expansion phase, operating under a sharing-economy platform model connecting property owners, brokers, and tenants in the building and serviced-apartment rental market. Bizciti was one of the early players changing property-owner behavior: moving from a traditional rental model, fragmented operations, and broker dependency toward a platform-based collaboration model where tenant flow, transactions, operations, and financial processes were more standardized. A distinctive feature of the model was that all tenant deposits were held and managed by Bizciti, creating high requirements for financial control, cash-flow transparency, risk management, and trust among stakeholders. Led the restructuring of the business model, finance system, and operations as the company expanded from approximately 20 to over 100 buildings nationwide. Participated in building the platform model connecting property owners, brokers, and tenants, balancing the interests of different stakeholders within the ecosystem. Designed operating mechanisms to influence property-owner behavior through standardized collaboration, information transparency, occupancy optimization, and improved service standards. Standardized SOPs, reporting lines, delegation of authority, and control mechanisms across a multi-site operating model. Monitored P&L, occupancy, cash flow, operating costs, and performance at each business location. Organized investor roadshows, developed pitch decks, prepared investor reporting materials, and worked directly with investors. Selected results / implementation scope: Contributed to scaling the system from approximately 20 to over 100 buildings. Achieved assigned KPI targets and officially received equity incentives, becoming a major shareholder in 2023.
