I am an Electrical Engineering student at Unicamp, with a background that connects engineering, data, process improvement and operational impact.At Siemens Energy, I worked as a Project Engineering Intern, supporting the development of transformer projects through manufacturing drawings, material procurement lists, design tool validation studies and support during the manufacturing phase of the equipment.Currently, at Agibank, I work in continuous improvement, supporting quality routines, process documentation and the analysis of operational indicators. This experience has strengthened my ability to understand processes, structure information and identify opportunities for improvement in complex operational environments.I am interested in problems that connect technology, operations and decision-making. I enjoy working with structured analysis, technical curiosity and practical execution, especially in contexts related to energy, industrial processes, data, performance indicators and applied technology.I also have a strong leadership background from Operação Natal, where I grew from volunteer to General Coordinator, leading teams, logistics and large-scale donation operations.Overall, I see engineering as a way to organize complexity, improve systems and generate real-world impact.
