● Designed various engine components in CATIA 3D Experience, including 8-cylinder hot-vee flex fuel engines for both production and future development programs. ● Took responsibility for components from concept to production, through sourcing and testing support, defining manufacturing methods, costs, and delivery timelines. ● Performed first principles calculations and detailed analyses using data from 1D GT-Power simulations and engine dyno. ● Developed a dual-injection flex fuel system from scratch, covering prototyping, validation, and design for production. ● Designed CFRP turbo intake ducts, engine intercoolers, lubrication lines for dry sump systems and crankcase ventilation, as well as other key engine components. ● Contributed to the development of future engine architectures, working on confidential topics, and collaborating continuously and closely with the engine performance simulation team, the engine software team, and the engine calibration team at the dyno.

● Worked on the design and development of a servo-actuated clutch system for a high-performance hybrid motorcycle engine, utilizing PTC Creo for CAD modeling and SABR and GEAR for transmission analysis. ● Worked on upgrading the gearbox for a high-performance motorcycle engine, producing detailed production drawings and collaborating with the Japanese client to meet their technical requirements and quality standards. ● Developed a CVT transmission for a leading ATV manufacturer, creating production drawings for the entire assembly, with the client being based in China. ● Contributed to an internal hybrid powertrain project for motorcycle engines, collaborating with colleagues to develop a special hybrid configuration that was filed for patent protection. ● Designed and optimized a steering system for an innovative high-performance outboard motor, using Siemens NX and SABR for simulation and modeling, ultimately leading to the development of a client-patented idea (patent filing in progress).

● Assisted in the manufacturing, and repair of high-performance composite components for endurance racing vehicles, ensuring reliability and performance under challenging conditions. ● Collaborated closely with engineering and pit crew teams to set up and repair composite parts such as body panels, structural components, and aerodynamic elements, tailored to the specific needs of the WEC series and the 24h of Le Mans. ● Conducted on-site repairs and maintenance during race weekends, managing quick-turnaround fixes to composite components, minimizing downtime and maximizing vehicle performance. ● Applied advanced composite fabrication techniques such as autoclave curing, resin infusion, and carbon fiber lay-up to produce lightweight, high-strength components.

● Led the development and implementation of the company’s electrification strategy, including the servicing of electric drive systems (E-Drives) and energy storage solutions (ESS) for automotive applications. ● Spearheaded the design, construction, and certification of a new Electronic Laboratory, specializing in the servicing and testing of E-Drives and ESS components, ensuring compliance with industry standards. ● Coordinated cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between employees, suppliers, and customers to drive project success and meet business objectives. ● Managed negotiations with key stakeholders, optimizing supplier relationships and ensuring cost-effective procurement of essential components for innovation projects.

● Designed and developed a new Direct Drive extrusion system for a Sharebot XXL 3D printer, including firmware optimization for enhanced performance and precision. ● Led the pre-processing and production of various prototype car components, ensuring high quality and reliability for team testing and development. Managed the calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of FDM additive manufacturing machines, ensuring consistent print quality and minimizing downtime. ● Utilized CATIA 3DExperience for modeling and designing parts, and Simplify3D for slicing and optimizing printing processes. ● Programmed with Arduino IDE to integrate custom features into the 3D printing workflow, improving efficiency and print accuracy.
