Setting up and drive KPIs for test product, equipment and process. 2) Define department long term strategy goals on equipment roadmap, quality control, yield improvement, maintenance strategy and cost reduction. 3) Develop talent, as well as leadership for successful succession pipeline. 4) Drive continuous improvement on equipment/Yield/Process/OEE and reduce errors by practicing and introduce automation solution. 5) Setup new factory Test floor/site qualification plan, LVM and ramp up.

1) Manage and build talents to handle various test equipment platform on Tester & Auto PnP handler such as ADV 93k, Uflex, Seiko Epson, Hontech, JHT, Cohu/Delta. 2) Set up engineering hardware development team on changekit design, ATC/PTC thermal solution, Test contactor/Pin. Develop customized maintenance strategy ( contact &Thermal) based on customer's yield requirement. 3) Manage Assy& Test backend processes (laser marking, Vision Inspection & Packing) operation. 4) Handle QFN/BGA/LGA/PGA with wide-range of products, package size. Developing inspection methodology and identify appropriate vision inspection equipment based on customer needs Vs equipment capability & cost (KLA ICOS, Vitrox). 5) Drive continuous improvement on equipment/Yield/Process/OEE by practicing and introduce automation solution.

1) Leading the ATE test solution team with multiple functional groups (tester, handler, DIB, maintenance and test yield). 2) Setup and lead Test department Process team to prevent test error/quality excursion.Driving cross functional groups (QE & IT) to enable robust test process flow with automation controls and error prevention during manufacturing. 3) Interact with customer Business Units lead & engineers on test support and qualification requirement for product transfer or customer NPI enablement. 4) Provide engineering solutions on customer product test failure which related to hardware design during NPI stage. 5) People's manager for more than 10 engineers and 60 technicians. 6) Drive factory test OEE to increase profitability and efficiency

Familiar on key ATE test equipment platform (Teradyne Uflex/Verigy 93K/LTXC sapphire/Hontech Handler/Seiko/JHT) 2) Drive engineering improvement on test yield, index time, IR and production OEE improvement.Reduce retest rate based on process enchancement &test Hardware improvement 3) Drive maintenance improvement on test equipment MTTR/MTBF/ conversion time which improve test capacity. 4) Drive towards lower operating cost on test equipment maintenance and sustaining 5) Enable new test platform (Teradyne uflex/verigy 93k)in factory from hardware planning/ purchase stage to qualification and HVM.

1) ATE Credence Sapphire Tester lead which drive on test equipment MTBF /MTTR. 2) Accountable for ATE testing FTRd (First time right) yield improvement on HW related (DIB, Tester and Handler/Delta summit) and collaboration with test program development/hardware infrastructure team from different region/sister plant to solve factory ATE test issues. 3) Equipment ramp up planning and NPI product transferred 4) Lead a team on Device interface board debug/repair. 5) Equipment conversion & men power planning.

1) Pioneer on ATE equipment setup(test department enablement team in AMD PNG) which specialize in Sapphire Credence tester. 2) Accountable for test equipment (sapphire tester) availability performance. 3) Provide training to line maintenance technicians and enable standardization on troubleshooting process/steps. 4) Planning on test equipment preventive maintenance and system&tooling calibration activity
