Main Activities: - Provisioning and management of public cloud environments (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS), using Terraform as an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool; - Container and application management with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and scalability strategies; - Implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps; - Creation, maintenance, and administration of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and PSQL; - Identity and access management through Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID); - Administration of licenses and services within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; - Project architecture and documentation using Lucidchart and draw.io; - Configuration of firewall rules, NAT, and NSG in Azure environments, as well as network policy management in GCP; - Application and infrastructure monitoring with tools like Zabbix and Datadog.

Main Activities: - Provided hardware and software support under warranty for end customers using Dell products; - Used tools such as Salesforce, Avaya One X Communicator, and Dell RemoteAssist to communicate with clients and perform technical support procedures; - Completed internal training focused on deepening knowledge of Dell products and support standards.
