Luca M.

I am a Bachelor of Arts student in International Liberal Studies at Waseda University and currently studying at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick as an exchange student. Through my interdisciplinary studies in international studies, economics, business, artificial intelligence and data analysis, language and communication studies, and sustainability, I have developed the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives while strengthening my analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. At Warwick Business School, I am further expanding my understanding of management, entrepreneurship, marketing research, and design thinking, while collaborating with students from diverse international backgrounds. Beyond academics, I served as a LinkedIn Student Club Ambassador and currently work as a long-term intern at a career consulting firm, where I gained hands-on experience in communication, project coordination, and marketing. These experiences, combined with discussion-based learning and group projects, have strengthened my ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Having visited 32 countries, I have developed a strong curiosity about different cultures, people, and ways of thinking. These experiences have shaped my global mindset and reinforced my passion for building meaningful connections across cultures. Fluent in Japanese and English, I enjoy working in international environments where I can continue learning, contributing, and creating meaningful impact.
