As the Head of Supply Chain, I am a dedicated leader focused on optimizing logistical operations and strategically managing the supply chain. My role involves steering and implementing policies aimed at maximizing efficiency while reducing procurement costs, transportation expenses, and delivery times. I specialize in coordinating and fully managing the supply chain for IMA Automation Switzerland SA sites, working closely with the central headquarters of the IMA Group. My primary responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the entire logistics chain to ensure a smooth flow of materials, information, and administrative processes. I lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and training to optimize all Supply Chain-related activities. I have the ability to identify deviations and implement corrective actions to enhance the logistics chain's performance. I am passionate about defining and implementing service management processes to ensure continuous Supply Chain performance. My goal as the Head of Supply Chain is to actively contribute to our organization's operational excellence by optimizing each step of my management processes.

Oversee the end-to-end logistics and warehouse management and its organisation. Pilot continuous improvement initiatives to decrease internal throughput time and eradicate internal customer claims
Coach and support individuals to improve performance. Ensure achievement of monthly objectives with periodic reviews.

In charge of the global operations for the two Central Distribution Centres in charge of the multichannel distribution, including eCOM business and events management (FHH - Watches&Wonder), for the entire Group’ brands. Handle logistics processes to guarantee efficient operations, products and people security, ensure business continuity and develop end-to-end operations. Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, direct and indirect, varied profiles and experience, elaborate and deploy short terms strategy and plan to secure people safety, pilot local regulations and assure continuity of site’s operation. Promote change management mindset to actively collaborate on the transformation projets and supporting the Group logistics operational model in complete alignment with stakeholders and third parties.

Plan and coordinate all the internal activities and lead the teams to meet plant objectives . Orchestre shop floor management daily - weekly and monthly routines by implementing LEAN basic (5S, Muda hunting, kaizen blitz)
. Develop and formalize KPI gouvernance with SQCM approach (Safety, Quality, Cost, Motivation).

Lead the supply chain activities to sustain the achievement of the customer satisfaction (quality and delivery) and Group Division's end of the year financial results (transport spent, stock accuracy and level). Supervise the short and middle terms production plan, optimise the stock level and define safety stock strategy for raw material, work in progress and finished products.

Foster a strong, motivated and thigh-knot logistics team and master internal processes. Shape and outstanding customer relationship with majors German and Uk cars' manufacturers. Strengthened the service level by coordinating dedicated action plan focus of LEAN techniques.

Rolled out the MPS (Material Planning Schedule) site's process. Deployed the SAP ERP system (replaced AS400), designed the new system processes, defined the strategic stock level, planned and performed the training end-users sessions, assure the go live.
